Strong communities are built on safety, stability, and shared standards.

People across Washington deserve to feel safe in their neighborhoods, supported in times of need, and confident that disorder will not be ignored.

I believe in protecting the vulnerable, addressing addiction and homelessness with real solutions, and restoring a sense of order and responsibility in our communities.

Thriving communities do not happen by accident. They are built through accountability.

Washington families are working harder than ever, yet falling further behind.

After more than 30 years in the housing industry, I have seen how policies coming out of Olympia are affecting everyday Washingtonians, driving up costs, limiting housing supply, and making it harder to get ahead, even when people are doing everything right.

This is not sustainable. And it is not acceptable.

We need real solutions that increase housing opportunities, remove unnecessary barriers, and restore a clear path to stability.

Because hard work should provide a good living and the comfort and security it is meant to bring.

Government should work for the people, not the other way around.

Right now, people across Washington are paying more and getting less.

As costs continue to rise, Olympia continues to increase taxes and spend beyond its means, without the transparency or results to justify it. That disconnect is real, and people feel it every day.

We saw it clearly with the recent income tax proposal. Washingtonians showed up in record numbers to voice their opposition. Families, workers, and small business owners took the time to testify, share their stories, and make their voices heard.

And yet, it passed anyway.

When people speak and government does not listen, trust is broken.

Families are expected to live within their means. Government should too.

I am running to restore trust by bringing back transparency, responsible spending, and leadership that listens, so government works for the people it represents.
